Tim Zander, with his family, run Emerald Meadows Farm outside of Columbus, WI. The farm is certified organic. Tim grew up helping his dad farm and in 1994 purchased his first land to begin farming himself. His first field was certified organic in 1998. Emerald Meadows is a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) farm. This means that along with other market outlets, the farm provides a weekly box of vegetables to families in the area on a subscription basis. Tim also can be seen at a number of farmers markets around the Madison area. Emerald Meadows has also developed good relationships with a number of chefs in the area who buy directly from the farm.
