They are under the growing group names Hill and Valley Produce and Seven Springs Produce. Hill and Valley Produce has been a part of the Hub for over three years. Seven Springs Produce began growing produce for WFHC in 2018. They are growing produce in: Hillboro, LaFarge, Granton, and Cashton parts of Wisconsin.
These groups focus on producing organic kale, chard, cucumbers, beans, yellow squash, and zucchini.
